Error everytime try to register through the app. Tried it on telbru web, register successful, but user&pw cannot be use thru app, accessible only thru urweb? how convenient is that?

Ive problem to login using this apps, but I can login with your website. Please fix it.
While customer service reps are very courteous & are doing their best to sort out problems with this app & their online payment system through their website, TelBru is really falling short & are far from their slogan "making a difference." I have lodged complaints for at least 6 months, first I couldnt register for online payment. Got that sorted with the rep over the phone, but once I was logged in I found the site hadnt been updated for months & when the bill due amount has finally been corrected the site wont allow me to put the "total to pay" in the box & proceed to payment. Its a long & arduous process explaining the problem as the rep keeps telling me to type the amount in the box & I keep saying Ive tried but it wont let me. I even supplied screen shots & were still going round in circles. As for this app, YOU NEED TO REGISTER IT WITH A DIFFERENT USERNAME & PASSWORD THAN TELBRU ONLINE E-BILL (one password for both payment methods is not allowed). After registering the e-Bill app I have had to erase & downloaded it on numerous occasions (by direction from TelBru customer service) from my iPhone 6 but it still wont allow me to pay & a pop up saying "nothing to pay" comes up each time I try. But it works on my iPad Air. So obviously there is a glitch with the app if you use an iPhone.
It was working perfectly before the new update, please fix it asap

Crashed immediately upon opening the app. Dont update to this version until bugs are fixed.

Come on Telbru! Why roll out an update on month end and now the apps cant even open?? I wanna check my data also cannot!! What the hell???
The app just crashes after the update and is unusable now. The previous version was obviously much more stable and was working without any problems at all.
Dear telbru kindly fix your problem with the app as u know lot of us is complaining that the app crashes after we updated the new version.. Please fix it asap!!

It shut down when refreshing data. It have been a month i cant use this apps and no update at all....
Kalau pun inda dpt di usai pun.. please let us have an option to download old versions like some other apps.. Now we are stuck with one useless app. Cana tah kan bayar bill ni? Bukan point to have this is utk menyenang kan your clients utk bayar on time?!
Cant connect to the server. Cant even login.
