App only works on my iPad...on iPhone 6 its useless.
While customer service reps are very courteous & are doing their best to sort out problems with this app & their online payment system through their website, TelBru is really falling short & are far from their slogan "making a difference." I have lodged complaints for at least 6 months, first I couldnt register for online payment. Got that sorted with the rep over the phone, but once I was logged in I found the site hadnt been updated for months & when the bill due amount has finally been corrected the site wont allow me to put the "total to pay" in the box & proceed to payment. Its a long & arduous process explaining the problem as the rep keeps telling me to type the amount in the box & I keep saying Ive tried but it wont let me. I even supplied screen shots & were still going round in circles.
As for this app, YOU NEED TO REGISTER IT WITH A DIFFERENT USERNAME & PASSWORD THAN TELBRU ONLINE E-BILL (one password for both payment methods is not allowed). After registering the e-Bill app I have had to erase & downloaded it on numerous occasions (by direction from TelBru customer service) from my iPhone 6 but it still wont allow me to pay & a pop up saying "nothing to pay" comes up each time I try. But it works on my iPad Air. So obviously there is a glitch with the app if you use an iPhone.
